What this site is

This site is a catalog. It shows what we carry, our weekly deals, and our taqueria and catering menus. You cannot place an order or pay through it. Taqueria and catering orders are taken by phone, and everything else is sold in the store.

Prices and availability

Prices shown here are the prices we intend to charge, but they can change without notice and stock moves quickly. The price and availability at the register are the ones that apply. Weekly deal prices run for the dates shown and while supplies last.

Returns and refunds

Returns and exchanges are handled at the store.

  • We do not give cash refunds. A refund on a card purchase goes back to the card used.
  • Perishable items cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Non-perishable items can be exchanged within 3 days of purchase.
  • A receipt is required for any refund.

Product information

Product names, descriptions, and images come from our suppliers and from the packaging as we received it. Manufacturers change recipes and packaging without telling us. Always read the label on the package itself before relying on ingredient, allergen, or nutrition information — the package is authoritative, this site is not.

Food allergies

If you or anyone in your party has a food allergy, tell our staff before you order at the taqueria counter or place a catering order. Our kitchen handles milk, eggs, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, soy, and sesame, and we cannot guarantee any item is free of contact with them.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has it. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Acceptable use

Please do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, or use it for anything unlawful.

Our content

The Rico Fresh Supermercado name, logo, page designs, photographs, and text on this site belong to us or are used with permission. Please do not reuse them commercially without asking.

Where we link out — to a map, or to a social account — we do not control those sites and are not responsible for them.
